Memberships come in four tiers: Basic, Premier, Group Basic, and Group Premier. Each one is designed for a different type of visitor, whether you're coming solo, with friends, or managing a team perk.

Every membership tier includes monthly visits, guest discounts, and a free video from any session made that month. Premiere members get Tier 3 sessions, a 30% guest discount, and a free iSmash t-shirt at sign-up. Group members receive 4 shareable visits per month, plus 4 free t-shirts at sign-up with the Group Premier Membership.
03 What's the Difference Between Basic and Premiere?
Basic members get Tier 1 sessions and a 15% discount when bringing guests. Premiere members get Tier 3 sessions, a 30% guest discount, and a free iSmash t-shirt when they sign up. If you're planning to visit regularly and bring people along, Premiere offers significantly better value.
04 What Is the Group Membership Best For?
The Group membership is built for friend groups, businesses, and companies looking to treat their team or clients. You get 4 visits per month that can be split across different people, so one person doesn't need to use them all. It's a practical, flexible option for regular group visits or employee perks.
05 How Many Times Can I Visit Per Month?
Basic and Premiere members each get 2 visits per month. Group members get 4 visits per month, and those visits can be split across different people in the group.
06 Do Unused Visits Roll Over to the Next Month?
Visits are monthly and do not roll over to the following month. We recommend booking your sessions early in the month so you don't miss out.
07 Can I Bring a Guest with My Membership?
Yes. Basic and Group members can bring guests at 15% off. Premiere members enjoy a 30% guest discount. The discount applies whenever you use one of your monthly visits.
08 Do I Get a Free Video with My Membership?
Yes! All membership tiers include a free video for any visit you make during that month, so you can relive the excitement and share it with friends.
09 What Are My Payment Options?
All memberships can be paid monthly or with a one-time upfront payment equivalent to 10 months - giving you 2 months free compared to paying month-to-month.
10 Does Premiere Come with Any Sign-Up Perks?
Yes - Premiere members receive 1 free iSmash t-shirt just for signing up. Group Premier Members receive 4 free t-shirts at sign-up.
11 Can Businesses Use a Group Membership?
Yes. Businesses regularly use the Group Membership for employee rewards, client entertainment, and team building. The 4 monthly visits can be shared across different people, making it easy to build into a workplace benefits package without locking anyone into a fixed schedule.
12 Can I Upgrade My Session to a Membership?
Yes. If you've already paid for a session, that payment can be applied toward the cost of a membership on the same visit. Ask a team member when you arrive and they can walk you through it.
