01 What is a Smash Room?
A smash room (also called a rage room or destruction room) is a safe, supervised space where you put on protective gear and smash things - glassware, electronics, printers, and more. At iSmash, every session includes full safety equipment, a quick safety orientation, and a purpose-built room designed to contain the chaos. No experience needed.
02 What Makes iSmash Different?
iSmash goes way beyond just handing you a bat. We offer a full lineup of experiences, including Smash Sessions, Splatter Paint, Axe Throwing, Sports Simulators, Floor Frenzy, and more. Whether you're planning a date night, birthday party, family outing, corporate event, or just looking for something different to do, iSmash combines unique experiences, exceptional customer service, and a safety-first approach to create moments you'll be talking about long after your visit.
03 What Can I Smash?
Glassware, dishes, printers, electronics, and windshields are staples. Many locations also stock specialty items like car hoods, appliances, and more. Inventory varies by location, so reach out and let us know what's on your smash wish list.
04 What Happens During a Smash Room Experience?
After check-in and a quick safety briefing, you pick your tool (bat, crowbar, pipe, mallet, or sledgehammer) and head into your room. Your breakables are waiting. Turn up the music and start smashing.
05 Are Rage Rooms Good for Stress Relief?
Many guests find that smashing things is genuinely good stress relief. Whether you're working through a tough week or just want to break something without consequences, iSmash is a surprisingly cathartic experience. Most guests leave laughing, smiling, and already talking about when they want to come back.
06 Is This Safe?

07 Will iSmash Clean Up After My Session?
Yes, we take care of all the cleanup. You smash, we sweep. Just show up and have fun.
08 Can I Take Pictures or Videos During My Session?

All items are subject to approval before participation, so check with your local iSmash if you have questions about a specific item.
