When you book a visit with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We understand that things come up and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your visit. You may also need to change your group size or the specific activities in your booking itinerary. We ask that any such requests for cancellation, rescheduling, or changes be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
You may reschedule a booking once at no cost; however, subsequent requests to reschedule the same booking may be subject to a rebooking fee at the discretion of management.
If you cancel, reschedule, or change your booking less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, or if you are a no-show,
then you will not be eligible for any refund. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the event we need to cancel your booking due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
To modify or reschedule a booking, you can either cancel it and rebook through the website, email us at [email protected], or contact the iSMASH location where you made your booking.
