Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
When you book a visit with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We understand that things come up and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your visit. You may also need to change your group size or the specific activities in your booking itinerary. We ask that any such requests for cancellation, rescheduling, or changes be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
If you cancel, reschedule, or change your booking less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, or if you are a no-show, then you will be not be eligible for any refund. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the event we need to cancel your booking due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
You can cancel a booking by logging into your customer dashboard and clicking on the Browse Activities link in the left navigation panel. A Cancel button will be visible under the Actions tab for any booking eligible for cancellation. To modify or reschedule a booking, you can either cancel it and rebook through the website, email us at email@example.com, or contact the iSMASH location where you made your booking.
